Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Unopened, unused, and with all original seals, labels, and packaging

  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Due to the nature of our products (3D printing resins and chemicals), opened or used bottles cannot be returned unless there is a proven defect or shipping damage.


How to start a return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll review the issue and work with you on a replacement, refund, or other solution.


Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used resins / chemical products

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Items marked as final sale or discounted / clearance items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning it.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item first (if eligible). Once the return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the replacement product.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
