Resinify Technology LLC ships domestically and internationally using trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout.
Delivery time varies based on the selected service and destination, typically 2–7 business days.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Delivery time depends on customs clearance and the destination country.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or VAT unless "Duties Paid" shipping is selected at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If the shipping address is entered incorrectly, you must notify us immediately.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order is shipped, carrier delays are outside our control.
If your package is lost or severely delayed, please contact us and we will assist with a claim through the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the box and product.
We will evaluate the case and send a replacement if eligible.
